Elitaco Capital Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202501037017 (1638427-K)) is responsible for personal information collected through this website, including ScreenOS enquiries and opportunity submissions.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, company, shop, screen, property, business and opportunity information you choose to submit. Technical logs necessary for security, reliability and fraud prevention may also be processed by our hosting providers. Network addresses used for ScreenOS enquiry rate limiting are stored as salted one-way hashes rather than raw addresses.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- answer ScreenOS product, setup and rollout enquiries;
- assess whether an opportunity fits our property or investment mandate;
- contact the submitter about relevant follow-up;
- perform preliminary commercial, legal and risk checks;
- protect the website and maintain accurate internal records; and
- comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Authority to submit
You should only provide information you are authorised to share. Do not submit personal tenant records, trade secrets, privileged material or highly confidential documents through the initial forms.
Disclosure and service providers
Information may be accessed by Elitaco Capital’s authorised personnel, professional advisers and technology service providers where reasonably necessary for assessment, diligence, security or website operation. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Cloud processing and transfers
Website hosting, security and data-storage providers may process or store information in Malaysia or other jurisdictions where they operate. Where information is processed outside Malaysia, we require appropriate contractual, organisational or technical safeguards from the relevant service provider.
Retention and security
We retain an initial submission while we assess or answer it and for a limited follow-up period, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. Information may be kept longer where an opportunity progresses, a legal obligation applies, or records are needed to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information associated with your submission, withdraw consent, or ask a question about its use.
