Information we collect
We collect the contact, company, property, business and opportunity information you choose to submit. Technical logs necessary for security, reliability and fraud prevention may also be processed by our hosting providers.

We use submitted information to:
- assess whether an opportunity fits our property or investment mandate;
- contact the submitter about relevant follow-up;
- perform preliminary commercial, legal and risk checks;
- protect the website and maintain accurate internal records; and
- comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Authority to submit
You should only provide information you are authorised to share. Do not submit personal tenant records, trade secrets, privileged material or highly confidential documents through the initial forms.
Disclosure and service providers
Information may be accessed by Elitaco Capital’s authorised personnel, professional advisers and technology service providers where reasonably necessary for assessment, diligence, security or website operation. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Cloud processing and transfers
